摘  要:由于齿轮箱运行的好坏直接影响整个风力发电系统的运行,因此对其进行故障诊断十分重要。若在故障初期便可分析出来故障部位和故障程度,就能将损失降到最小,为设备提供了技术支持并为维修提供方便。在齿轮箱各种监测信号中,振动信号最能反映设备运行状态,将振动信号作为研究对象,将它经过时域和频域分析处理,判断齿轮箱的运行是否正常。对比齿轮箱在不同转速下的振动状态,最后得出轴不对中的结论。The gearbox is an important component of the wind turbine, whose running is directly retated to the whole system's operation, so the gearbox fault diagnosis becomes more and more important, which can draw the fault location and fault degree in the early fauh.The gearbox fault diagnosis can provide technical support for the equipment and provide convenience for the maintenance.Vibration signal can mostly reflect the running state of the equipment of gearbox's various monitoring signals, this paper sets vibration signal as the research object and draw whether the gearbox operation is normal after the time and frequency domain analysis, and sets gearbox's vibration signals under the different speed in contrast, finally draws the system isn't steady.
