摘　　要：文章分析了网络时代舆情的变化趋势,以及对医院管理工作的影响,论述了网络时代医院与患者沟通渠道重构的必要性,讨论了医院应对策略中需要注意的5个意识。This article analyses the trend of internet public opinion in the Internet age, and the influence of this trend on the hospital management. It expounds the necessity of reconstruction communication channel between the hospitals and the patients in the Interuet age. Also, it discusses five important aspects in the action tactics taken by hospitals.
