摘　　要：学生会是依高校管理制度成立与运行的重要的学生组织,往往是学生事务管理、学生活动等方面的执行者、代言者和组织者。但实践表明,学生会的具体运行中法律身份模糊,这直接导致法律关系不清、责任承担者不明等问题,严重影响到学生会工作的顺利开展和高校的规范管理。本文通过剖析和明确高校学生会的法律地位,为高校学生会可能涉及的法律纠纷找到解决途径,企图使学生会的成立和运行更加规范,在提高高校整体管理水平的同时保障学生的合法权益。The Student Committee are the most important students＇ organizations.Its establishment and operation depend on the university.In the concrete operation of Student Committee,there are some questions.For example,the subject is ambiguous,and the responsibility is not clear.These problems seriously affect the Student Committee in the legal nature and status.Analyzing the nature of the Student Committee in colleges,the author will give some suggestions on the problems appearing in the operation of the Student Committee and find solutions for the probable involved legal dispute.
