蓝光滤过人工晶状体植入后对比敏感度评价

摘　　要：目的评估白内障术后植入蓝光滤过人工晶状体与透明人T晶状体对比敏感度的变化。方法28例（56只眼）双眼老年性白内障患者行超声乳化手术，一只眼植入蓝光滤过折叠人工品状体，对侧眼植入透明折叠人丁晶状体。观察患者术后的对比度视力、矫正视力、对比敏感度、手术中及术后并发症。结果术后3个月，在不同的对比度情况下，两组人工晶状体植入眼的不同对比度视力差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组间矫正远视力、矫正近视力差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两种人工晶状体植入眼的对比敏感度在任何空间频率上阈值差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论白内障术后植入蓝光滤过人工晶状体是安全有效的，对患者的对比度视力、对比敏感度没有明显的影响。Objective To evaluate the effect of blue-light-filtering intraocular lenses on contrast sensitivity comparison with clear IOL. Methods Twenty-eight patients with age-related cataract underwent phacoemulsification and were randomized implantation of a blue-light-filtering intraocular lens in 1 eye and a clear IOL in the contralateral eye was performed after phacoemulsification. Three months postoperatively, best corrected near and distance visual acuity, contrast vision, contrast sensitivity were evaluated. Intraoperative and postoperative complications were also reported. Results At 3 months af- ter surgery, the contrast vision was not statistically significant difference between the 2 IOL models at any contrast level. Corrected distant and corrected near visual acuity had no significant differences b tween two groups （P 〉0.05）. The contrast sensitivity threshold also did not differ significantly between eyes with a clear IOL and eyes with a yellow IOL at any tested spatial frequency. Conclusions The blue-lightfilteri,ag IOL is safe and effective. The IOL with a yellow chromophore has no effect on contrast vision and contrast sensitivity.
