曲安奈德治疗复发性翼状胬肉24例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨曲安奈德治疗早期复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法复发性翼状胬肉20例（24只眼）体部注射曲安奈德0．1ml，注射后随诊6个月，观察胬肉消褪与进展情况。结果24只眼中16只眼复发性胬肉消退，好转6只眼。治疗后未发现明显并发症。结论曲安奈德翼状胬肉体部注射对复发性翼状胬肉有明显治疗效果。Objective To study the effect of triamcinolone acetonide on early recurrent pterygium. Methods 0.1ml triamcinolone acetonide was injected into recurrent pterygium body of 24 eyes in 20 cases. The progress and regression of pterygium was observed in the following 6 months. Results In the 24 eyes with recurrent pterygium, 16 eyes were subsided and 6 eyes were improved without significant complications. Conclusions Triamcinolone acetonide injection in pterygium body has obvious effect on the treatment of recurrent pterygium.
