补益肝肾法针刺治疗帕金森病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察用补益肝肾法针刺治疗帕金森病临床疗效。方法:按多中心观察法分3个医院的治疗中心,取180例的大样本。每个中心各取60例收治的符合帕金森病诊断标准的患者作为研究对象,按照随机和盲法的原则分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组单用口服美多巴片,治疗组在口服美多巴的基础上加用针刺治疗。在治疗前后行Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale,UPDRS 3.0版记分法计分,综合评定患者的疗效。结果:治疗前一般资料比较,两组病人性别、年龄、病程、UPDRS 3.0评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后经UPDRS 3.0版评分,在日常活动、运动功能、治疗并发症和总分方面,治疗组疗效均优于对照组,治疗组总有效率81.11%,对照组总有效率60.00%(P<0.05)。结论:补益肝肾法针刺帕金森病疗效明显高于对照组,针灸疗法对帕金森病是一种安全、有效的疗法,能够提高帕金森病患者的生存质量。Objective：To observe the curative effect of tonifying-liver-and-kidney acupuncture therapy on treating Parkinson disease.Methods：According to the multicentre observation method,there was a large sample including 180 cases from 3 treatment center by 3 hospitals.60 cases which fit the diagnostic criteria of PD were included in this study of each treatment center.They were divided into therapeutic group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases） according to the principle of random and blind.The control group was treated by Madopar by oral administration,while the therapeutic group was treaded by tonifying-liver-and-kidney acupuncture therapy on the foundation of Madopar by oral administration.Counted scores with the UPDRS 3.0 scoring method before and after the treatment to evaluate the curative effect.Results：Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in gender,age and course of disease.Counted scores with the UPDRS 3.0 scoring method after the treatment,there was a great decrease of statistics in the therapeutic group on daily actions,motor function,complications and total score compared with the control group（P0.05）.The total effective rate was 81.11% in therapeutic group,while 60.00% in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of tonifying-liver-and-kidney acupuncture therapy is obviously higher than that of the control group.Acupuncture therapy is a safe and effective treatment for Parkinson disease.
