Effects of Loading Density and Fan Speed at the Yellowing Stage in Bulk Curing Barn on Starch Degradation and Economic Characters of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

摘  要:以云烟87中部叶为试验材料,研究了密集烤房装烟密度和变黄期风机转速对烟叶淀粉降解和经济性状的影响。结果表明,装烟密度55~65 kg/m3配合变黄期风机转速960 r/min有利于淀粉的降解和烤后烟叶质量的形成。淀粉含量随着烘烤过程的进行逐渐降低,还原糖含量随着烘烤过程的进行逐渐升高。互作效应对烟叶淀粉和还原糖含量的影响在42℃末、47℃末、54℃末及烤后达到极显著水平。装烟密度和变黄期风机转速对烟叶总氮和烟碱含量的影响分别达到极显著水平。装烟密度55~65 kg/m3配合变黄期风机转速960 r/min烤后烟叶均价最高。The effects of loading density and fan speed at the yellowing stage in bulk curing barn on starch degradation and economic characters of yunyan 87's middle leaf were studied.The results showed that the treatment of 55~65 kg/m3 of loading density and 960 r/min of fan speed at the yellowing stage was favourable to starch degradation and quality of tobacco leaf.The content of starch reduced during the curing process,while the content of reducing sugar increased during the curing process.Interactions had a significant influence on the contents of starch and reducing sugar at the end of 42 ℃,47 ℃,54 ℃ and curing.Loading density and fan speed at the yellowing stage had significant influence on contents of total nitrogen and nicotine in tobacco leaf.The average price of cured tobacco leaf was the highest in the treatment of 55~65 kg/m3 of loading density and 960 r/min of fan speed at the yellowing stage.
