摘  要:目的:检测蛋白激酶B(AKT)、内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)和血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)在皮肤恶性黑素瘤中的表达。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测AKT、eNOS和VEGF-C在30例皮肤恶性黑素瘤患者及10名正常人皮肤中的表达。结果:AKT、eNOS和VEGF-C在皮肤恶性黑素瘤中的阳性表达率明显高于正常组织(分别为66.67%、63.33%和73.33%);三者在有淋巴转移和无淋巴转移的皮肤恶性黑素瘤中的阳性表达有差异(P值分别小于0.05、0.01和0.01);AKT与VEGF-C、VEGF-C与eNOS的表达均呈正相关性(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论:AKT可通过活化eN0S,上调VEGF-C在皮肤恶性黑素瘤中的表达。AKT、VEGF-C与eNOS的表达可能与淋巴转移相关。Objective: To detect the expression of AKT, endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and vascular endothelial growth tactorc ( VEGF - C) in skin malignani melanoma, and to correlate the expressioo with lymphatic metastasis. Methods: The expression of AKT, eNOS and VEGF- C was detected by immunohistochemistry in 30 cases of skin malignanl melanoma and lO healthy controls. Results: The positivity rates of the expression of AKT, eNOS and VEGF- C in malignant melanoma were 66.67%, 63.33 %, 73.33%, respeetively, which were significantly higher than those in nomal controls. The expression of AKT, eNOS and VEGF - C was higher in the patients with lymphatic metastasis than those without lymphatic metastasis (Ps 〈 0.05, 0.0l and 0.01 ). The expression of AKT was positively correlated with VEGF - C ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the expression of VEGF - C was positively correlaled with eNOS ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Reactivition of eNOS induced by AKT may upregulate the expression of VEGF - C in malignant melanoma. The expression of AKT, eNOS and VEGF - C may be associated with lymphatic metastasis of malignant melanoma.
