摘 要:目的了解不同年级护理本科生心理一致感与应对方式的状况,探讨心理一致感及各维度与应对方式的关系。方法采用心理一致感量表与简易应对方式问卷对289名护生进行调查。结果护理本科生心理一致感得分为51.54±6.06。不同年级护生心理一致感及其3个维度与应对方式得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。心理一致感及其3个维度与积极应对方式呈正相关(P<0.01),与消极应对方式呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论护理本科生心理一致感总体水平偏低,其心理一致感与应对方式呈年级差异性。积极的应对方式有利于维护和提高护生的心理一致感水平。Objective To investigate level of sense of coherence and coping style in undergraduate nursing students,and to explore their relationships.Methods A total of 289 undergraduate nursing students were investigated by using the Sense of Coherence Scale(SOC-13) and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire.Results The score of sense of coherence was 51.54±6.06.The total score and 3 dimension scores of the SOC-13 and the score of coping style showed statistical differences in students with different grades(P0.05,P0.01).The total score and 3 dimension scores of the SOC-13 were positively related to the score of positive coping style,and negatively related to the score of negative coping style(P0.01 for all).Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students′ sense of coherence is at low level,the sense of coherence and coping style show differences in grades.Positive coping style can improve and maintain sense of coherence of undergraduate nursing students.
