摘　　要：近年来,残胃癌的发病率有逐年上升的趋势。残胃癌是胃部手术远期最严重的并发症,有必要深入研究此类疾病的诊治经验,以进一步提高残胃癌的临床诊治水平。本文旨在对残胃癌当前诊治状况加以综述。In recent years, the incidence of gastric stump cancer morbidity has increased year by year. Gastric stump cancer is the most serious long - term complications of surgery. It is necessary to study the therapeutical experience of this types of disease to further improve the level of clinical treatment of gastric stump cancer. This article aims to review recent developments in the dia^nosis and treatment of gastric stumo cancer.
