摘　　要：拥有一个健康和安全的教学与科研环境是一所大学应具备的基本条件。鉴于各类安全事故在我国高校时有发生,在详细调研美国几所著名高校网上公开的相关环境健康与安全的法规与设施的基础上,综述了美国大学的环境健康与安全的管理机构及管理体系,以及如何制定相关校园安全制度使其更具科学性和可行性,并希望能为我国高校的相关政策与措施的制定与改善提供参考。Having a healthy and safe environment is a fundamental condition for universities.With concerns on frequently happening safety accidents in the universities of China,through the Websites the related information about environmental health and safety policies and facilities in the US universities is widely investigated,and their management systems and processes on this issue are summarized.Herein,this article tries to illustrate the US universities how to establish their practicable and scientific policies about health and safety,and their information may be beneficial to set up and/or improve the related policies in our universities.
