摘　　要：档案学硕士研究生教育作为档案学教育体系中的一个重要层次,是培养档案学高层次人才的主要途径。针对我国档案学硕士研究生教育发展中的优势因素、劣势因素、机会因素、威胁因素,通过SWOT分析法,提取了有代表性的战略关键因素,并结合层次分析法进行了发展战略的定量分析,结果表明其发展面临的战略选择是争取型战略,基于战略类型提出相应的发展战略对策。The graduate education of archival science for the master＇s degree as an important education system level, is the main way to train archives talents.This paper analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the graduate education of archival science for the master＇s degree in china, extracts the key strategic factors, using SWOT and AHP methods. It is concluded that its development strategy is to strive for, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to strategy.
