阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中60例效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析120例急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床资料。结果对照组60例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,经过阿司匹林治疗,总有效率为65.0%;观察组60例患者,经阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗,总有效率为91.67%;两组患者的神经功能临床疗效比较,经χ2检验,具有非常显著性差异,P<0.01。结论阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林在治疗急性缺血性脑卒中时发挥了协同作用,且不会增加不良反应的发生,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the effects of Atorvastatin combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of our hospital in recent years treated 120 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Results Totally 60 cases of the control group of patients with acute ischemic stroke,after aspirin treatment,the total effective rate was 65%;The observation group 60 cases,by atorvastatin in combination with aspirin treatment,the total effective rate was 91.67%;In two groups of patients neurological clinical curative effect,by χ2 test,has significant difference,P0.01.Conclusions The effect of Atorvastatin Combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke play a synergistic effect,and does not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical use.
