美式家具聚氨酯漆仿古涂饰漆膜质量研究

摘　　要：为验证聚氨酯漆(PU漆)仿古涂饰工艺的可行性,促进美式家具仿古涂饰工艺改进,采用PU漆对锉刀痕、虫蛀、明暗、苍蝇点效果样板进行仿古涂饰,测试其漆膜的理化性能并与硝基漆(NC漆)仿古涂饰样板漆膜性能进行比较。结果表明:PU漆仿古涂饰漆膜理化性能达到国家标准,耐干热性、耐磨性和硬度均优于NC漆,光泽度与NC漆漆膜接近,仅锉刀痕样板漆膜附着力低于NC漆,其他做旧样板漆膜附着力与NC漆等级相同。In order to examine the feasibility of polyurethane paint（PU paint） antique painting technology and improve the antique painting technology of American-style furniture,PU paint is used for the antique painting of effect sample boards with file marks,bug bites,bright and bug spots and fly specks to test the physicochemical performance of the film and compare it with the film performance of nitrocellulose lacquer（NC paint） antique painting sample boards.The results show that physicochemical performance of polyurethane paint（PU paint） antique painting film has reached national standards,with dry heat resistance,abrasion resistance and hardness superior to NC paint,glossiness similar to NC paint,the adhesive power of the file trace sample board with PU paint inferior to NC paint and the adhesive power of other sample boards paint the same as NC paint.
