高迁移率蛋白A2表达与人脑胶质瘤恶性程度的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨高迁移率蛋白A2(HMGA2)表达与脑胶质瘤恶性程度的相关性。方法采用免疫组化、RT-PCR、Western blot方法检测47份人脑胶质瘤标本和7份正常脑组织标本中高迁移率蛋白A2表达。结果 Westernblot方法显示,HMGA2表达分别为高级别胶质瘤为86%(18/21),低级别胶质瘤为31%(8/26);在正常脑组织中未见表达。RT-PCR方法和免疫组化检测结果与其类似。HMGA2表达与脑胶质瘤级别呈正相关。结论 HMGA2表达与脑胶质瘤恶性程度具有相关性。Objective To explore the relevance between the expression of high motility group protein A2（HMGA2） and the malignancy of human brain gliomas.Methods The expression of HMGA2 was detected in 47 human glioma samples and 7 normal brain samples using immunohistochemistry,RT-PCR and Western blotting.Results Western blotting showed positive expression of HMGA2 in 86%（18/21） of high-grade glioma samples,31%（8/26） of low-grade glioma samples,but no expression in normal brain tissue.RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry investigation showed similar results;the expression of HMGA2 was positively related with the grading of brain gliomas.Conclusion The expression of HMGA2 is correlated with the malignancy of brain gliomas.
