论当代宣传思想文化工作理念创新

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国宣传思想文化工作不断全面深入地走向规范化、制度化,开阔了当代中国宣传思想文化工作的新视野,开创了当代中国宣传思想文化工作的新境界,开拓了当代中国宣传思想文化工作的新途径。站在新的历史起点上,审视当代宣传思想文化工作理念创新,具有重大的理论与实践意义。按照科学化、时代化、大众化、系统化的发展走向,梳理、总结新时期宣传思想文化工作的发展理念并进行前瞻性思考,我们认为,当代宣传思想文化工作理念创新的主要内容体现在以下几个方面:高举旗帜、围绕中心的工作理念,关爱主体、厚重民生的人本理念,服务大局、服务大众的服务理念,做大事业、做强产业的建设理念,面向基层、走进大众的沟通理念和格调时代化、手段现代化、格局多元化的传播理念。Since the reform and opening up,the propaganda ideology culture work in China has unceasingly thoroughly moved towards the standardization,the institutionalization,which has widened the new field of vision of the propaganda ideology culture work in contemporary China,created a new realm of the propaganda ideology culture work in contemporary China,and developed a new way of the propaganda ideology culture work in contemporary.Standing at a new historical starting point,it is of great theoretical and practical significance for us to survey the innovation of the idea of contemporary propaganda ideology culture work.According to scientific,epoch,popular,systematic development trend,carding and summarizing the development idea of propaganda ideology culture work in the new period,and carrying on prospective thinking,we think that the main content of the innovation of the idea of contemporary propaganda ideology culture work reflects in the following respects：the work idea of holding high the banner and around the center;the people-oriented idea of caring the subject and pay attention to people＇s livelihood;the service idea of serving the overall interests and serving the public;the construction idea of conducting great cause and strong industry;the communication idea of catering to the needs of grass-roots units and going into the public,and the disseminating ideas of epoch style,modernized method and diversified pattern.
