摘　　要：目的:观察HD肝病治疗仪配合健肝消脂汤治疗中重度脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将102例确诊患者采用HD肝病治疗仪配合健肝消脂汤治疗1-3月,1 a内追踪观察患者脂肪肝的变化。结果:102例患者治疗后均有不同程度改善,有效率为100%。结论:HD肝病治疗仪配合健肝消脂汤治疗中重度脂肪肝疗效可靠。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of HD Hepatic Equipment and Jiangan Xiangzhi Decoction on moderate and severe fatty liver.Methods： 102 patients with moderate and severe fatty liver disease were treated with HD Hepatic Equipment and Jiangan Xiangzhi Decoction for 1-3 months,then the changes of patients＇ fatty liver were observed for a year.Results： 102 patients had different degrees of improvement after the treatment,the effective rate was 100%,of which 24 cases were cured after one course of treatment.Conclusion： HD Hepatic Equipment and Jiangan Xiangzhi Decoction have reliable effect on moderate and severe fatty liver.
