摘　　要：子午流注以"天人相应"的整体观为理论基础,依照不同的时辰,气血流注不同经穴的原则,讲究定时、择时取穴,因时制宜。它将时间、空间因素与生物节律性结合起来,是中医时间医学的巅峰。现代时间生物学关于生物节律性的研究从科学的角度给中医时间医学的客观性提供了有力的佐证。The midnight-noon ebb-flow is based on the concept of holism which is called the adaptation of human body to natural environment.The acupuncture of Midnight-noon ebb-flow selects acupoints according to the theory that is in different time,the qi and blood disembogue the different meridians.It is the peak of the chronomedicine of traditional Chinese medicine.It combines the factor of time,spare with Biological Rhythm.The chronobiology which studies the biological Rhythm proves the objectivity of chronomedicine of TCM in terms of science.
