视觉诱发电位结合MRI在视神经脊髓炎早期诊断中的临床应用

摘  要:目的:探讨视觉诱发电位(visualevokedpotential,VEP)和磁共振成像(magneticresonanceimaging,Mra)在视神经脊髓炎(Neuromyelitisoptica。NMO)中的诊断价值。方法:分别对40例NMO患者和40名正常志愿者进行VEP和MRI检测。结果:NMO组VEP异常36例,P100的潜伏期为(119.78±7.65)ms,对照组P100的潜伏期为(97.89±5.63)ms,两组相比差异有显著统计学意义(P〈0.01);NMO组波幅为(6.41±2.52)μV,对照组波幅为(6.36±2.54)μV,两组相比差并元统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:VEP结合MRI对NMO的早期诊断和判断病情进程具有一定的临床价值。OBJECTIVE: To probe into the diagnostic value of visual evoked potential (VEP) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of neuromyelitis optica (NMO). METHODS : 40 NMO patients and 40 healthy volunteers were given VEP and MR/detection respectively, RESULTS : There were 36 abnormal VEPs in NMO group with the P100 latent period ( 119.78 ± 7.65 ) ms. While the P100 latent period was 97.89 ± 5.63 ms in control group ( the healthy volunteer group), there were obvious statistical significance between the two groups (P 〈 0.01 ) . There was no statistical significance between NMO group with (6.41 ± 2.52)μV amplitude and the control group (the healthy volunteer group) with (6.36 ± 2.54) μV amplitude. CONCLUSION: VEP combined with MRI had certain clinical value in early diagnosing and determining disease process of NMO.
