摘　　要：目的：肠镜初学者能较快较全面掌握肠镜检查基本技能。方法：初学者可先在双人法（two men method）中学习循腔进镜、循腔滑行、进退镜身、勾拉、旋转、吸引等使肠管短缩、变直等技能，充分理解轴保持缩短法概念。在插镜过程中练习上述技法手感。后由双人操作法过渡到单人法（one man method），即一手调腔、注气、吸引。另一手操作镜身经进退和左右旋转，由一人完成检查，注意Jiggling手技的运用和保持镜身自由感。结果：初学者开始学习双人法肠镜，后过渡到单人法，比直接学习单人法容易、安全。结论：由双人法过渡到单人法是术者由初学者到熟练者的两个学习过程，应全面掌握两种检查法。Objective For beginners can quickly master the basic skills more comprehensive colonoscopy.
