全瓷冠用于修复前牙疗效的观察

摘　　要：目的：观察全瓷冠在前牙的临床应用的疗效。方法：收集77颗全瓷冠的患牙1—2年定期复诊进行效果分析。结果：经过1—2年临床观察。全瓷冠满足了患者的美观要求，无牙龈灰染，边缘封闭良好，失败3颗出现微小裂隙，2例牙冠折断，成功率92％。结论：全瓷冠修复四环素牙。氟斑牙．死髓牙变色牙及龋损等具有较好的临床修复效果。Observe the purpose of china in front of the curative effect in clinical application.
