摘　　要：开放实验室在培养学生实践能力和创新能力方面有着举足轻重的作用。电子通信类实验室,由于承担课时较多、教学难度大、仪器昂贵易损等原因,在很多高校中难以得到真正的开放。为了更好地促进高校电子通信类实验室开放,该文提出了在实验室规划初期应该考虑资源共享,并利用实验室管理系统提高实验室利用率,设备管理上应该重视重复利用和积极构建虚拟实验室的方案,在解决电子通信类开放实验室实施难度大,经费不足等问题上有一定的借鉴作用。The open laboratory plays an important role in cultivating the practice ability and creativity of college students. The open management of electronics and communications laboratories is hard to achieve due to the fact that there are too many class hours, difficulties in teaching and damage done easily to the equipment. In order to promote the open management of electronics and communications laboratories in universities, this paper proposes that resource sharing should be taken into consideration in buliding laboratories and laboratory management system should be adopted to improve utilization, and more attention should be paid to laboratory equipment management and active construction of virtual laboratory. This paper is of certain reference to solving the problems in opening laboratory implementation and shortage of funds, etc.
