中医临床前基本实践技能课程教学模式创新的探索

摘　　要：中医理论课的教学模式不适合中医临床前基本实践技能课程的教学。“体验式”教学的亲历性、个人性、缄默性特征与中医“只可意会、不可言传”的特点相吻合。本文以“老慢支”为例说明“体验式”教学模式在中医临床前基本实践技能课程中的应用。尝试构建中医临床前基本实践技能课程“体验式”教学模式，让学生在经过多次的临床实践后，获得较为全面的临床诊疗思路和知识结构，为更快成为一名合格的临床大夫奠定基础。The teaching of Chinese medicine theory is not suitable for the teaching of pre - clinical medicine courses and basic practical skills. The personal experience and silent features of the ＂Experiential＂ teaching coincide with the Chinese Medical feature of ＂That can ordy be felt, not explained＂ This thesis will elaborate the basic application of ＂Experiential＂ mode of teaching in pre -clinical medicine courses and practical skills by taking the old chronic bronchitis as the example, try to build the ＂experiential＂ teaching mode of the basic practical skills of clinical medicine courses, let students gain more comprehensive chnical treatment ideas and knowledge structure after more clinical practice, lay the foundation for clinical and become a qualified doctor as soon as possible.
