东莞地区2474名中学生心理健康状况影响因素的调查

摘　　要：目的了解东莞地区中学生心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法随机整群抽取东莞市3所中学在校学生2474名,采用症状自评量表SCL-90及自行设计的学生状况、家庭相关问题调查表行问卷调查。结果家庭因素(家庭人口、家庭类型、父母关系、父母教育方式等);父母一般状况(父母年龄、父母性格、母亲文化程度等);中学生一般情况(性别、年龄、年级、是否独生子女、受父母打骂等);中学生自身不良行为(到网吧酒吧玩、不健康减肥、接受黄色宣传、参加赌博、离家出走、有自杀念头、使用镇静催眠药等)均与中学生心理健康之间有着密切的关联性(P<0.05)。结论中学生的心理健康状况不容乐观。影响中学生心理健康的因素是多方面及错综复杂的,全社会应重视和加强中学生的心理健康工作。Objective To investigate epidemiology of mental health and its related factors among high school students in Dongguan of Guangdong.Methods By using Symptom Check List SCL-90,Check List of Parents＇ Methods of Bringing up Their Children（EMBU）,Family Backgrounds Questionnaire,and High School Students＇ Related Issues Questionnaire,2474 on-campus high school students in three high schools of Dongguan of Guangdong were investigated.Results The main risk factors affecting mental health in high school students were as follows： family factors（number of family members,the structure of family,relation between parents,etc.）;situations of students（gender,grade,only child,etc.）;bad behaviors（having fun in net bars and pubs,unhealthy weight reduction,contacting pornography,gambling,running away from home,thought of suicide,taking hypnotic sedative agent,etc.）.The above factors were significantlyly related to metal health（P0.05）.Conclusion Mental health of high school students are not showing optimistic.Factors related to mental health among high school students are complicated and diversified.The whole society should pay much attention to mental health work in high school students.
