摘　　要：特色文献是在拥有文献资源前提下的再次开发,就其本质属性而言,它本身就是趋同化的开发与建设。为促进文献资源建设的科学、持续、健康发展,在开发与保护并重的原则下,高校图书馆加大了特色文献资源的开发力度。在区别、规划、开发中最重要的就是如何体现创新,实现主题鲜明突出。对特色文献资源建设的同质化问题,最重要的就是解决文献资源建设的专业化、多样化与特色化问题。Characteristic document refers to the further development of the existing document resources, and the essential nature of which is the convergence of development and construction. In order to promote the document resources construction in scientific, sustainable and healthy way, university libraries have put their efforts on developing characteristic document resources under the principle of both development and protection. How to embody innovation and highlight themes are the most important things during the processes of differing, planning and developing. The foremost in homogenization of characteristic document resources construction is to solve the problems of specialization, diversity and characteristic in construction of document resources.
