摘　　要：近年来,随着甘肃民族师范学院升本改建的快速发展,学校办学的实力和水平得到了极大的提高.但由于经济和观念等原因,实训基地建设依然滞后于学院的发展,如不及早加以重视,势必制约甘肃民族师范学院水电专业高职教育的发展,影响高职人才培养的质量.笔者结合以甘肃民族师范学院水电专业建设的实际,提出加快学校工科专业实训基地建设的建议和构想.In recent years, with the rise of the hospital converted the rapid development of the strength and level of school education has been greatly improved. However, the concept of economic and other reasons, the training base construction still lags behind the development of college, if not early to be seriously constrained hospital water will become the professional development of vocational education and vocational training quality. I combine my professional practice of building hydropower hospital, to speed up the engineering school of professional training base construction proposals and ideas.
