摘　　要：违纪处分是一种特殊的教育形式,对学生的行为和心理等方面都会产生较大影响。在分析目前高校学生常见违纪行为及高校学生处分工作中存在问题的基础上,从注重日常思想教育、充分查清违纪事实、履行正当程序、正确对待受处分学生、做好受处分学生的思想教育工作等几个方面,对如何做好高校违纪处分工作进行探讨。As a special form of education,punishments on the violation of disciplines have a great influence on students＇ behaviors and minds.Based on the analysis of the violation of disciplines and existing problems in relevant punishments in colleges and universities,this essay gives suggestions on the improvement of the work of the punishment in the aspects of daily ideological education,facts of the violation of disciplines,due procedures,appropriate treatment for punished student and ideological education for them.
