摘　　要：温州是创业的热土,大学生创业有着独有优势,温州独特的文化因子、独特的产业结构、成功的温商群体等对大学生创业具有辐射、推动和引导作用。在大学生创业过程中,应该发挥现有优势,整合政府层面、民间资本层面、高校层面、大学生群体自身层面以及侨资层面的合力,探索具有温州特色的大学生创业的路径。Wenzhou is the hot land of creating a business. University students have special advantage of creating a business. With unique cultural elements, distinctive industrial structure, and successful Wenzhou businessmen, university students get radiation, motivation and guidance. In the process of creating a business, it is necessary to develop the advantages, integrate the levels of government, non-government, university and the students themselves and explore the route of creating a business.
