摘　　要：为解决我国IETM（InteractiveElectronicTechnicalManual）研制工程管理中存在的随意性大、规范性差等问题，对装备寿命周期中装备研制工程、综合保障活动和IETM研制活动的关系进行了分析，将IETM的研制过程分为需求与方案论证、详细设计、工程研制与测试、试用与鉴定4个阶段，并对每一阶段的工程管理过程进行了深入分析，给出了相应的要求和规范。研究对于规范我国IETM的研~rJ3x程具有一定的指导意义。In order to resolve the problem such as great randomness and poor normative in engineering development management of IETM （Interactive Electronic Technical Manual） , the relations are firstly analyzed between equipment development project, comprehensive support and IETM development activities in life cycle of equipment. IETM development process is divided into four phases which includes demonstration of requirement and scheme, detailed design, engineering development and test, tryout and verification. And engineering management of each phase is analyzed in detail, and corresponding requirement and criterion are given. The study is of instructive importance to regulate the IETM development engineering of our country.
