摘　　要：为探讨面向产品创新的知识管理绩效评价体系及其评价方法,分析了产品创新中知识管理的内容以及知识的流动过程,针对绩效评价的目的并结合产品创新的特点建立了面向产品创新的知识管理绩效评价体系,研究了模糊综合评价法的应用过程.研究表明,知识管理绩效评价体系与方法有助于产品创新过程的持续高效进行,充分挖掘产品创新的潜力.This study is conducted to explore the performance evaluation system and method of knowledge management for product innovation. The paper analyzes the content of knowledge management and flow of knowledge in product innovation, establishes the performance evaluation system of knowledge management for product innovation based on performance evaluation purposes and characteristics of the product innovation and introduces the process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the system. The results show that the performance evaluation system and method of knowledge management are help to fully exploit the potential of product innovation and promote it sustainable and more efficient.
