慢性病病人家属疾病不确定感及其相关因素的调查分析与护理对策

摘　　要：[目的]了解慢性病病人家属疾病不确定感及其相关因素,探讨降低病人家属疾病不确定感水平的护理对策。[方法]应用中文版Mishel疾病不确定感家属量表和简易应对方式量表,对149名慢性病病人的家属进行慢性病病人家属疾病不确定感及其相关因素的问卷调查。[结果]病人家属疾病不确定感总分为96.75分±13.90分,应对方式得分为33.08分±9.19分;年龄较高者应对方式得分较高,文化程度较高者积极应对方式得分较高,无职业者消极应对方式得分较高(P均<0.05);疾病不确定感总分、复杂性维度得分与积极应对方式呈正相关(P均<0.05);复杂性、信息缺乏性维度与消极应对方式呈负相关(P均<0.05)。[结论]慢性病病人家属疾病不确定感水平较高,运用积极应对方式比消极应对方式多;应对慢性病病人家属进行相关健康教育、护理技能培训和心理指导,减少疾病不确定感水平,帮助建立有效应对方式,改善其心理状况和精神状态,提高其生活质量。Objective：To know about the disease uncertainty feeling of family members of chronic disease patients and its related factors and to probe into the nursing strategy for reducing the uncertainty feeling.Methods：By Chinese version of Mishel disease uncertainty feeling scale and simple coping style scale,149 chronic disease patients＇family members accepted questionnaire surveys about disease uncertainty feeling and its related factors.Results：The total score of disease uncertainty feeling of family members was 96.75±13.90,while the score of coping style was 33.08±9.19;Higher age of people had higher score of coping style,people with higher education level had higher positive coping style score,while people without jobs had higher negative coping style score（P0.05）.There was a positive correlation between the total score of disease uncertainty feeling,the score of complexity dimension and positive coping style（P0.05）.There was a negative correlation between complexity dimension and lack of information and negative coping style（P0.05）.Conclusion：The related health education,nursing skills training and psychological guidance should be carried out for family members of chronic disease patients,so as to reduce the level of disease uncertainty feeling,and help to establish effective coping style,improve their psychological and mental state and to improve their quality of life.
