大学生抑郁状况与社会支持关系研究

摘　　要：目的了解大学生抑郁状况及社会支持情况,探讨大学生抑郁状况与社会支持的关系,为医学院校的学生心理健康教育工作提供信息和依据。方法采用文献研究和问卷调查方法,采用《社会支持评定量表》和《抑郁自评量表》对某医学院校725名学生进行测量。结果与结论高年级、单亲家庭、非独生子女、城镇学生抑郁水平相对较高;双亲家庭学生的社会支持状况优于非双亲家庭学生的社会支持状况;社会支持与抑郁状况成负向相关。Objective To investigate the status of mental health and social support of students in medical universities;to explore the relationships between mental heath and social support;to provide information and references for the mental health education.Methods 725 college students were tested with Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS） and S CES-D.Result Conclusion The senior students,students with single-parent,only-child students,the college students in county are in worse depression status,the college students with both-parents have higher social support than others,and the social support is negative related with depression status of students in the university.
