摘　　要：为实现注塑机到老化烘箱的物料自动传输,设计了一套机械手,用PLC作为主控制器,用此机械手代替人手来上下物料。详细论述了控制系统的组成和软件实现方法。该机械手不但减轻了工人的劳动强度,还提高了劳动生产率。To transit materiel from injection machine to oven, the paper designs a kind of manipulator which uses PLC as main controller to replace manpower transiting materiel. The composition of the control system and the software realization method is discussed in detail. Practice shows that the application of manipulator not only reduces the labor intensity of the worker but also significantly increases productivity.
