摘 要:[目的]对潮州凤凰茶硒含量进行测定。[方法]凤凰茶样品经干燥粉碎后,用硝酸湿法消解,原子荧光光谱法测定茶叶中的硒含量。[结果]硒浓度在0~40.00μg/L范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,标准曲线为If=130.801 0C+137.897 3,相关系数为R2=1.000 0,检出限为0.097μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.18%,回收率为102.4%~105.2%。[方法]该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,适合测定茶叶中的硒含量;凤凰茶中含有比较丰富的硒。[Objective]The research aimed to determine the selenium content of Fenghuang tea.[Method] The Fenghuang tea samples is dried and crushed,and then is digested by HNO3.The selenium content is determined in tea by using Atomic fluorescence spectrometry method.[Result] The relationship between selenium concentration and fluorescence intensity is linear in the range of 0-40.00 μg/L.The standard curve is If=130.801 0C+137.897 3,and the correlation coefficient R is 1.000 0.The detection limit is 0.097 μg/L.The relative standard deviation is 1.18%,and the recovery rate is range from 102.4% to 105.2%.[Conclusion] This method is simple,fast and of high sensitivity,being suitable for the daily determination of selenium content in tea.The results showed that Fenghuang tea contains the rich selenium.
