摘　　要：目的探讨康复训练仪治疗在低视力儿童的疗效。方法 101例(202眼)低视力儿童分成复健组(49例,98眼,采用康复训练仪治疗)和对照组(52例,104眼,采用常规综合方法治疗)。治疗前后分别作视觉诱发电位(VEP)检测。结果治疗后,复健组VEP的N75峰时和P100峰时较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),P100振幅明显增高(P<0.01)。治疗后复健组的视力和远点均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论康复治疗可提高低视力儿童的视功能。Objective To study the outcomes of treating low vision with rehabilitation training equipment（Far-east Rehabilitation Training Equipment made in Taiwan） in children.Methods A total of 101 cases（202 eyes） with low vision was treated with RTE in 49 cases（98 eyes,group A） or with conventional complex regime in 52 cases（104 eyes,group B）.Visual evoked potential was recorded before and after treatment.Results Compared to group B,the latencies of N75 and P100 in group A were shorter,and the amplitude of P100 was higher after treatment（P〈0.01）.The vision and far point were significantly higher in group A than those in group B（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment can improve the visual function of children with low vision.
