摘　　要：当前,一些退行性中枢神经系统疾病的发病率越来越高,但却难以早期诊断以便及时进行有效的治疗。部分患者早期会出现视觉症状的变化,越来越多学者逐渐认识到研究退行性神经系统疾病眼部改变的重要性,以期能为这些疾病的早期诊断提供一些依据。本文就克雅病及阿尔兹海默病的视觉症状,眼部形态学、病理学改变及电生理改变的最新进展予以简要综述。Currently,the incidence of some degenerative diseases of central nervous system is higher and higher,however,the patients generally can＇t be early diagnosed to get treatment in time.Sometimes,visual symptoms appear in the earliest complaints of these patients,so more and more researchers realize the importance of the ocular changes to provide credible basis for earlier diagnosis of these diseases.This article reviews some new progress in visual symptoms,ocular morphological and pathological changes,and visual electrophysiological changes of Creutzfeldt Jacob disease and Alzheimer＇s disease.
