摘　　要：肝脏活组织检查由于存在较大创伤性和风险性等缺陷,被称为是诊断肝纤维化程度不完美的"金标准",目前已被医学界研究者公认。肝纤维化无创性诊断技术近年来研究进展较快,尤其是在血清学标志物及影像学检查诊断等取得了一定成果。Liver biopsy because of a big risk of injury and other defects,known as the diagnosis of liver fibrosis and not perfects yet the＂gold standard＂,has been recognized by medical researchers.Noninvasive diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis technology in recent years has been widespread and has captured the attention of domestic and foreign researchers.This has been rapidly progressed,especially in serum marking and imaging diagnosis and it has achieved certain results.
