摘　　要：论述了构建区域性科技文献平台政策法规保障机制的必要性，分析了我国现有科技文献共享政策法规存在的主要问题，提出了构建区域性科技文献平台政策法规保障机制的措施。The necessity to construct the policy and statutes supporting system for regional scientific and technological literature platform was discussed, the major problems in policy and statutes for the share of scientific and technological literature in our country at present were analyzed, and measures for the construction of policy and statutes supporting system for regional scientific and technological literature platform were put forward.
