摘　　要：区域性医学信息资源共享是国家信息资源共享的重要组成部分，如何对信息资源共享的经济效益进行测度一直是理论和学术界研究的难点。为合理配置资源，实现医学信息资源的共建共享提供参考，本文运用信息资源共享效益理论。从信息产品、信息服务的角度，分析了不同层面的信息资源共享的建设成本及产生的经济效益。Regional medical information resources-sharing is an important part of the national information resources-sharing. How to measure its economic returns still remains the difficulty in theoretical and academic circles. The construction cost of information resources-sharing at different levels and its economic returns were analyzed in this paper from the angle of information products and service according to the beneficial theory of information resources-sharing in order to provide references for the rational allocation of resources and co-construction and sharing of medical information resources.
