摘　　要：为了解深圳市人才的住房现状、住房需求及其对人才安居工程的认知情况,本文采用调查问卷和访谈的方式对深圳市人才进行调研,通过运用SPSS17.0统计软件对调查结果进行研究,分析人才安居工程实施的必要性及其在实施过程中可能存在的问题,并从实施机制、住房补贴方式的选择、保障房的建设三个方面提出提高深圳人才安居工程实施效果的对策建议,以促进社会福利资源的优化配置,切实解决人才的住房问题,推动深圳持续健康的发展。To understand the talented person＇s housing situation,housing demand and their cognition on talented personnel housing project,we use questionnaires and interviews to make a research on talented person in Shenzhen.Then we use SPSS17.0 to study the survey results and analyze the necessity of implementing talented personnel housing project in Shenzhen and its possible problems in the implementation process.Finally,we make countermeasures from the following aspects： the implementation mechanism,the choice of Housing subsidies and protection of housing construction,to increase the implementation effect of the talented personnel housing project in Shenzhen to make sure social welfare resources can be allocated reasonably and the housing problem of talented person can be solved.The ultimate goal is to achieve sustained and healthy development in Shenzhen.
