NM23-H1、CD44v6在无淋巴结转移非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨NM23-H1、CD44v6在无淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌(N0 NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]应用免疫组织化学的方法检测60例手术后病理证实N0NSCLC组织NM23-H1、CD44v6的表达,分析其表达与患者术后5年预后的关系。[结果]NM23-H1及CD44v6的表达在鳞癌与腺癌间差异均无显著性意义;NM23-H1阳性表达与患者5年预后呈正相关(r=0.887),CD44v6阳性表达与患者5年预后呈负相关(r=-0.784)。[结论]癌组织NM23-H1、CD44v6的表达可作为评估N0 NSCLC患者预后的指标。[ Objective] To research the expressions of NM23 -H1, CD44v6 in the non -small cell lung cancer without lymph node metastasis （No NSCLC）and their clinical significances. [ Methods ] The immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of NM23 - H1 and CD44v6 in 60 NoNSCLC from operatal patients and the relationship between the expressions and 5 - years prognosis of patients after operation was analysed. [ Results] Both of NM23 - H1 and CD44v6 expressions were no significant differences between squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. However, the expression of NM23 - H1 related positively to 5 - year survival rate of the patient （ r = 0. 887 ）, but that of CD44v6 negatively （r = -0.784）. [ Conclusion] Detection of NM23 -H1 and CD44v6 expressions might be useful to predict the prognosis of patients with NoNSCLC.
