摘　　要：当前高校青年教师群体师德由于外部环境、高校内部和青年教师自身等原因影响,造成优点与不足交织互渗,必须通过人文关怀、师德教育、导向、激励、考核评价、监督、典型示范、自我教育等八大保障机制,促进高校青年教师群体师德建设。Thanks to the influence of external environment, college internal environment and the problems of young teachers, the virtue is characterized by the merging of merits and shortcomings. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the virtue eultivation of young college teachers by taking eight measures, namely, humane care, virtue education, guidance, encouragement, evaluation, supervision, typi- cal examples and self- education.
