科技企业孵化器对在孵企业知识获取的影响研究

摘　　要：运用上海、南京和合肥三个城市科技企业孵化器内的153家在孵企业的样本数据,对科技企业孵化器对于在孵企业知识获取所产生的影响进行了检验。在现有科技企业孵化器研究成果的基础上,本文假设科技企业孵化器经理及其外部网络对于在孵企业知识获取均能产生积极的影响。结果表明,和科技企业孵化器经理的互动、与科技企业孵化器外部网络的接触以及对于外部网络的嵌入均对在孵企业知识获取产生积极影响。Employing a sample of 153 incubatees in technology business incubators in the cities of Shanghai, Nanjing and Hefei, we examine the effect of technology business incubators on knowledge acquisition of incubatees. Based on the current achievements of research on business incubators, this paper proposes that business incubators managers and external social network all have positive effect on knowledge acquisition of incubatees. Our result indicates that interaction with managers of incubators, connect with external social network of incubators and the embedding-in degree of this network all have positive effect on knowledge acquisition of incubatees.
