摘　　要：本文分析了膜分离技术用于糖浆澄清的研究进展及其耦合旋流分离技术应用于糖浆澄清的应用技术方案。为了解决膜分离过程中的浓差极化和膜污染问题,提高膜分离组件使用寿命,提出了旋流分离和反冲洗强化措施耦合错流膜过滤的技术方案,探讨了这些强化措施耦合膜分离技术用于糖浆清净的可行性。This article analyzes the research of syrup clarification by membrane separation technology and technical solutions of coupling hydrocyclone technology. The technical scheme of hydrocyclone filter and backwash coupling cross-flow membrane separation was proposed to solve these problems of concentration polarization and membrane fouling. It can improve the life span of membrane components. The feasibility was integrated of these enhanced measures coupling membrane technology for syrup clarification.
