微生物学实验教学改革探索

摘　　要：针对高校微生物理论教学内容不断更新及实验教学中存在的问题和不足,进行了微生物学实验教学改革,内容包括:合理安排实验顺序;增加设计性实验;鼓励学生参与准备实验;制定考核标准;学生参与到教师的科研活动中等.结果表明:学生实验积极性及科研创新能力都有很大提高.In order to solve the problems and defects in the theoretical content of microbiology teaching and experiment teaching,the reform was made on microbiology experiment teaching which inludes： the reasonable arrangement of experiment order,increase of designing experiment,encouraging the students to participate in the experiment,establishing assessment criteria,letting the students participate the teachers＇ research and so on.The results show that the students＇ initiative and creative ability have been greatly improved.
