摘  要:目的探讨规律健美操运动对女大学生骨密度的影响。方法以60名普通女大学生作为研究对象,其中30名作为运动组进行20周健美操运动,另外30名作为对照组不参加规律运动。2组均在实验前和20周后分别测定骨密度相关参数值:骨强度指数(STI)、T值、Z值,并对相关数据进行比较分析。结果 20周健美操运动组的STI、T值、Z值在运动前后的增长差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而对照组与20周前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 20周规律健美操运动能够增加骨强度指数,提高女大学生的骨密度,有助于促进大学生获得更大的峰值骨量,预防骨质疏松症。Objective To explore the effect of regular aerobics exercise on bone mineral density of female college students. Method 60 female college students were chosen as the object of study. 30 of them formed the group undergoing aerobics exercise for 20 weeks, and the other 30 students the control group having no regular exercise. As for relevant parameters such as stiffness index (STI), T value and Z value of bone mineral density, two groups were both measured before the experiment and 20 weeks after it, and relevant data were compared and analyzed. Results For the group with aerobics exercise for 20 weeks, the differences in the increases of STI, T value and Z value before and after exercise were statistically significant (P〈0.01). Whereas compared with the status before the experiment, there was no statistically significant difference (P〉0.05) in control group. Conclusion Regular aerobics exercise for 20 weeks can inerease STI and bone mineral density. It is effective to help college students acquire more peak bone mass so as to prevent osteoporosis.
