摘 要:针对利用调查问卷收集的数据,运用结构方程模型的统计分析方法,探索了在供应链企业间知识转移的过程中,知识转移的转移主体、知识特性、转移环境、转移方式、供应链的结构特性和主体间的协作等关键风险因素与知识转移的风险后果之间的作用路径和效果,以指导我国企业对其供应链企业间的知识转移风险进行有效的控制。分析结果显示,转移主体、知识特性、供应链的结构特性和主体间的协作等方面的风险因素既直接影响知识转移的风险后果,也通过作用于其他因素而间接影响知识转移的风险后果;转移环境和转移方式方面的风险因素是通过对知识特性、主体能力以及主体间的协作产生影响而间接影响知识转移的绩效。Based on the questionnaire data collected from firms in Shanghai,Guangzhou,and Hunan,the structural equation modeling method is used to identify the influence paths and effects of major risks on risk results in the process of knowledge transfer between firms in supply chain.The major risk factors are knowledge transfer actors,knowledge characteristics,knowledge transfer environment,the way of knowledge transfer,the peculiarity of supply chain structure and collaboration among actor.It's shown that knowledge transfer actor,the characteristics of knowledge,the peculiarity of supply chain structure,and the cooperation among actors influence risk result of knowledge transfer directly or indirectly through working on other factors.However,the risk factors in knowledge transfer environment and the way of knowledge transfer only affect knowledge transfer performance indirectly through increasing or decreasing the effect on the risk result of knowledge characteristics,actor's capacity and the cooperation among actors.The result is helpful to knowledge management and knowledge transfer risk management in supply chain in China.
