演化理论视角下组织惯例对企业家创新行为的影响研究

摘　　要：在阐释相关文献的基础上,运用演化理论研究组织惯例影响下的企业家创新行为过程以及组织惯例对企业家创新行为的负面影响,分析主导逻辑的形成过程,论述主导逻辑与知识更新的关系。最后得出结论:应积极建立以企业家创新思维为核心的主导逻辑,促进组织的知识更新和企业的创新活动。Based on explaining relevant literatures,by using evolvement theory,the paper researches on the process of entrepreneur＇ innovation behavior under the influence of organizational convention and the negative influence of organizational convention on entrepreneur＇ innovation behavior,analyzes forming process of dominant logic,discusses the relationship between dominant logic and knowledge updates.At last,puts forward the conclusion that dominant logic which core is entrepreneur＇ innovation thinking should be established,to promote the knowledge updates of organization and the innovation activity of enterprise.
