摘　　要：目的检测HO-1在胃腺癌中的表达,分析HO-1在胃腺癌发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测在病理科存档的68例胃腺癌(分高、中、低分化组)石蜡标本,与20例慢性萎缩性胃炎、20例慢性非萎缩性胃炎标本对照,比较HO-1/CO分布表达情况。采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行χ2检验和Fisher精确概率法检验统计学方法分析。结果HO-1在胃腺癌、慢性萎缩性胃炎、慢性非萎缩性胃炎中阳性率分别是88%(60/68)、60%(12/20)、10%(2/20)。胃腺癌中HO-1的表达明显高于慢性萎缩性胃炎(P<0.05);慢性萎缩性胃炎中HO-1的表达明显高于慢性非萎缩性胃炎组(P<0.05);重度慢性萎缩性胃炎中HO-1的表达明显高于轻度慢性萎缩性胃炎组(P<0.05);胃腺癌低分化组阳性数明显大于中分化组,中分化组阳性数明显高于高分化组,两两比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 HO-1在胃腺癌病理组织的高表达,表明HO-1在胃腺癌发生发展中起重要作用,为胃腺癌早期预防、早期诊断、预后判断及治疗方案选择提供重要依据。Objective Detection of HO-1 expression in gastric adenocarcinoma, analysis of HO-1 in gastric adenocarcinoma development role. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the pathology archive of 68 cases of gastric cancer （ at high, medium, poorly differentiated group ） paraffin, and 20 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis, 20 cases of chronic non-atrophic gastritis specimens, HO -1/CO expression of distribution, using statistical software SPSS13.0 with X 2 test and Fisher exact test to analyze the results statistically. Results The positive rate of HO-1 in gastric adenocarcinoma, chronic atrophic gastritis and chronic non -atrophic gastritis were 88.0% （ 60/68 ）,60% （ 12/20 ）, 10% （ 2/20 ） respectively. HO-1 in gastric adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than that of chronic atrophic gastritis （P 〈 0.05 ）, chronic atrophic gastritis in the HO-1 expression were significantly higher than that of chronic non-atrophic gastritis group （P 〈 0.05 ） .Severe chronic atrophic gastritis in the HO-1 expression were significantly higher than those with mild chronic atrophic gastritis groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rate of poor differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than that of medium differentiated group, and the positive rate of medium differentiated group were significantly higher than that of well differentiated group, pairwise comparisons were significantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The high expression of HO-1 in gastric adenocarcinoma of pathology, suggests that HO-1 plays an important role in the genesis and development of gastric adenocarcinoma, which provides an important basis for early prevention of gastric adenocarcinoma, early diagnosis, prognosis and selection of treatment.
