摘 要:首先介绍了节能建筑的推广动力体系,分析了各主体推广节能建筑的强度,探讨了各主体之间的相互影响和制约关系,并提出了其影响模式。在此基础上,研究了建筑节能的激励机制,主要从建筑节能社会环境、节能市场、节能政策、节能推广动力、节能激励制度和物业管理等几个方面入手,全盘考虑,系统推动,方可使节能建筑推广成效显著。最后,指出了建筑节能激励时常见的问题,并对建筑节能激励措施进行了建议,希望可以作为政府制定建筑节能政策的参考意见。This paper introduced the promotion dynamic system of energy-saving buildings, analyzed the strength of promoting energy conservation by the main participants, discussed their affected and constrained relations, and proposed their impact model. On this basis, we studied the incentives of building energy conservation, mainly from the social environment, market, policy, conservation promotion power, stimulate system, property management and several other aspects. It's necessary to think overally, to promote systematically for having the significant effectiveness of the energy-saving buildings. Finally, we pointed the common problems while stimulating for the energy-saving buildings, arid took out suggestion in the hope of giving some references when government making policy about energy conservation.
